**Job Summary**

LRA Search is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reception Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our reception area, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the daily activities of our team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage the daily schedule and workflow of the reception team
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and other activities as required
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in a reception or administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
