Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Ryder Reid Legal. As a key member of our support staff, you will provide essential administrative support to our fee earners and management team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for coordinating secretarial services, managing administrative tasks, and providing exceptional support to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating secretarial holiday schedules and assigning alternative cover for sickness absence
  • Preparing and distributing weekly holiday cover lists to relevant departments
  • Assisting with approving payable time and collaborating with the Document Services Coordinator and/or Manager
  • Providing administrative support to the Associate Director of Secretarial Services and fee earners

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience as an Administrative Coordinator within a law firm
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various personalities
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment
