Are you a skilled Administrative Coordinator seeking a dynamic role within a professional organization? Our client, a distinguished membership body, is looking for a flexible and resourceful individual to enhance their administrative team.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Senior Management Team by providing exceptional administrative assistance. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering high-quality administrative support to senior executives
  • Managing calendars and scheduling appointments
  • Coordinating meetings and ensuring all logistics are in place
  • Overseeing email correspondence as needed
  • Taking minutes and tracking action items from management meetings
  • Providing administrative support for various councils and committees
  • Arranging travel and accommodation, including visa coordination and booking
  • Acting as the office manager and liaising with the landlord when necessary
  • Coordinating facilities and catering for on-site meetings
  • Supporting HR functions, including recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Maintaining accurate records within the HR system
  • Assisting with seasonal support across departments such as Events, Membership, and Finance
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned by the Commercial and Finance Director
  • Handling other ad hoc duties as required
