Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to join our team at Strictly Recruitment. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our Partners and team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our Banking and Finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage diaries, meetings, and travel plans for Partners
  • Assist with business development activities, including booking lunches, planning and coordinating events, and building relationships with clients
  • Prepare documents for meetings and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Coordinate and delegate administrative tasks amongst team members
  • Work with Partners to allocate fee earners when necessary
  • Oversee the development of team members, coordinate team meetings, and liaise with HR and other business services areas
  • Produce reports for the department

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
