Job Title: Senior IFA Administration Manager
Location: Central London/Hybrid
Salary: £50,000 and Bonus/Benefits
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IFA Administration Manager to join our Financial Divisions team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of IFA administrators, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional client service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of IFA administrators, providing coaching, mentoring, and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver outstanding client service.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the IFA administration function.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of client services.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure exceptional client service delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IFA administration, with a minimum of 3 years in a management or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
