Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly talented Senior IFA Administration specialist to join our team as a Senior Manager - IFA Administration. The successful candidate will have experience of supervising/managing an IFA/Client services team within a Wealth Management firm/practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and support team members to achieve their full potential
  • Develop and implement new ideas and processes to improve the overall performance and capability of the function
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to ensure outstanding client service delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IFA Administration, with some experience of managing or supervising a team of administrators
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
