Job Title: Senior IFA Administration Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior IFA Administration Manager to join our Financial Divisions team. As a key member of our administration function, you will be responsible for leading a team of administrators and ensuring the delivery of exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of IFA administrators, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality client service.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the administration function.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of client services.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IFA administration, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
