Our client, a highly regarded Wealth Manager, is seeking a highly talented Senior IFA Administration specialist to strengthen their IFA Administration function management team. The ideal candidate will have experience supervising/managing an IFA/Client services team within a Wealth Management firm/practice.
This is a fundamentally important role within the business, offering the opportunity to recommend and implement new ideas and processes to improve the overall performance and capability of the function. Key responsibilities include:
- Mentoring, supporting, training, and recruiting team members
- Ensuring clients receive exemplary client service
- Implementing change and driving improvement processes
To be considered, you will possess a number of years experience in IFA Administration, with some experience of managing or supervising a team of administrators. Additionally, you will have confident presentation skills, the ability to work in a pressurised, deadline-driven environment, and the ability to drive business growth.
This presents an excellent opportunity to join a superb Wealth management firm and play an important part in the ongoing performance and development of the function, utilising your people management and development skills and ensuring outstanding client service delivery.
