About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IFA Administration Manager to join our team at Financial Divisions. As a key member of our Wealth Management function, you will be responsible for managing and supervising a team of administrators, ensuring exceptional client service delivery and proposing new ideas to enhance the function's overall performance and capability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of IFA administrators, providing mentoring, support, training, and recruitment.
- Develop and implement new processes to improve the function's performance and capability.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and goals.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Several years of experience in IFA Administration, with some experience in managing or supervising a team.
- Strong people management and development skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
