Job Title: Senior Manager - IFA Administration

Location: Central London/Hybrid
Salary: £50,000 and Bonus/Benefits
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly talented Senior IFA Administration specialist to join our team as a Senior Manager - IFA Administration. The successful candidate will have experience of supervising/managing an IFA/Client services team within a Wealth Management firm/practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor and support team members to achieve their full potential
- Develop and implement new ideas and processes to improve the overall performance and capability of the function
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to ensure outstanding client service delivery
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IFA Administration, with some experience of managing or supervising a team of administrators
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and company policies
