Senior IFA Administration Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IFA Administration Manager to join our team at Financial Divisions. As a key member of our Wealth Management Administration function, you will be responsible for supervising and managing a team of administrators, ensuring exceptional client service delivery and contributing to the function's performance and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a team of IFA administrators, providing mentoring, support, training, and recruitment.
- Propose and implement new ideas and processes to enhance the function's overall performance and capability.
- Collaborate with the management team to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Requirements:
- Several years of experience in IFA Administration, with some experience in managing or supervising a team of administrators.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
