Loan Administration Team Leader

**About Us**
British International Investment, a UK-based development finance institution, is seeking a highly skilled Loan Administration Team Leader to join its Portfolio Administration team. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of loan and trade and supply chain finance transactions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage priorities and workloads for yourself and other team members, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and to a high quality.
- Collaborate with BII's legal and investment teams on all operational aspects of debt documentation.
- Lead process improvements to ensure the team's work is delivered in a controlled and efficient manner.
- Deputise for the Head of Portfolio Administration on change projects focused on BII's debt portfolio.
**Requirements**
- Experience as a team leader within a loan administration function at a financial institution.
- In-depth technical knowledge and expertise on loan administration processes and loan agreements.
- In-depth understanding of loan administration systems, ideally eFront and Debt Domain.
- Expert ability to navigate Excel to identify and gather relevant information and present data in understandable ways for senior audiences.
