Pension Administration Team Lead Opportunity
Oliver James, a leading Business Process Assembler (BPA) provider, is seeking a highly skilled Pension Administration Team Lead to join their Post Transactions team. The successful candidate will be based in a London or Surrey office.
The Pension Administration Team Lead will play a crucial role in supporting the preparation and gathering of scheme member data, conducting data checks, and providing guidance for more complex schemes. This will involve close collaboration with the Transition team.
The Pension Administration Team Lead will also serve as the primary point of contact for all implementation queries from Third Party Administrators (TPAs) and the Operational team. This team is responsible for completing all scheme implementations and onboarding data for file transfer to the TPA.
Key responsibilities of the Pension Administration Team Lead include:
- Providing strong DB pensions knowledge with experience of working within a consultancy, provider, or insurance setting.
- Experience of working in pensions data or implementation.
- Ideal possession of an understanding of the de-risking market and DB Pension Scheme wind-up process.
