We are seeking a highly skilled Pension Administrator to join our team at Smart Pension Ltd. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our pension services.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality pension administration services to our members, ensuring accurate and timely processing of claims and benefits.
- Conduct regular audits of records and systems to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner, providing excellent communication and empathy throughout the process.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement process improvements, ensuring seamless delivery of our pension services.
- Stay up-to-date with legislative changes and industry developments, applying this knowledge to enhance our services and ensure compliance.
- Proven experience in a financial services environment, preferably with a focus on pension administration.
- CII CF1 and FA2 qualifications or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
