Pension Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pension Administrator to join our team at Smart Pension Ltd. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our pension schemes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day administration services to a portfolio of members, including processing pension claims and managing member records.
- Conduct routine audits of records and systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality services and achieve business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with legislative changes and industry developments to ensure our services remain compliant and effective.
- Proven experience in a financial services environment, preferably in pension administration.
- Strong knowledge of pension regulations and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
