We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pension Administrator to join our team at Smart Pension Ltd. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our pension services.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality pension administration services to our members, ensuring timely and accurate processing of claims and benefits.
- Conduct regular audits of records and systems to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring fair outcomes and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement process improvements, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of pension services.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in pension legislation and regulatory requirements, ensuring our services remain compliant and competitive.
- Proven experience in a pension administration or financial services environment, with a strong understanding of pension schemes and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
