Pension Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pension Administrator to join our team at Smart Pension Ltd. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our pension schemes.
Key Responsibilities- Administer pension schemes, including member administration and support services
- Conduct routine audits of records and systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality services and achieve business objectives
- Stay up-to-date with legislative changes and industry developments to ensure compliance and best practice
- Experience in a financial services environment, preferably in pension administration
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant qualifications, such as CII CF1 and FA2, or willingness to complete
