Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our members, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our pension schemes, including Defined Benefit (DB) and Defined Contribution (DC) schemes.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in pension administration, preferably in a Defined Benefit (DB) or Defined Contribution (DC) pension scheme.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
