Job Title: Loan Administration Team Lead

Job Summary:

Cornwallis Elt is seeking a highly skilled Loan Administration Team Lead to join our Portfolio Administration function. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading daily operational processes and deputising for the Head of Portfolio Administration on various projects across the debt portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Management: Organise and manage daily processes to ensure accurate and efficient loan and trade and supply chain finance transactions.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance loan administration systems and procedures.
  • Leadership: Provide guidance and expertise to team members on loan transactions and administration.
  • Project Management: Assist the Head of Portfolio Administration on various projects across the debt portfolio.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of loan administration systems, including eFront and Debt Domain.
  • Communication: Present data to senior audiences and communicate effectively with team members.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in loan administration team leadership in a financial services environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel and able to identify relevant information.
  • Debt Products: Technical knowledge and expertise of debt products.
  • Process Improvement: Experienced in implementing solutions to improve processes and systems.
