Job Summary

The Portfolio Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Floor Manager to lead our dynamic sales team in London. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing a team of up to 15 individuals, and developing strategies to optimize sales data and leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing telesales team, focusing on quality and performance in a targeted and dynamic environment.
  • Develop and manage the CRM system to maximize data and lead opportunities.
  • Provide regular sales figures and market intelligence to inform business decisions.
  • Regularly walk the sales floor to drive activity and performance, ensuring alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Manage sales campaigns to drive results and achieve business objectives.
  • Continuously monitor sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive success.
  • Develop and implement incentives to motivate and drive the team.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of managing a telephone-based sales department, with a strong focus on sales performance and team management.
  • Ability to build, manage, and drive sales performance in a targeted, entrepreneurial business environment.
  • Strong influencing and liaison skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, up to directors.
  • A consultative sales approach, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
