We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telesales Team Lead to join our dynamic team at Ad Warrior. As a Telesales Team Lead, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our telesales team, ensuring that our sales targets are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate a team of telesales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their sales skills and knowledge
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve sales efficiency and productivity
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in managing a telesales team in a fast-paced sales environment
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales growth
- Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and empower team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
