This is a remote position with a dynamic B2B sales and marketing consultancy. We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our team and contribute to our success.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for outbound sales calls, generating leads and appointments, and focusing on quality over quantity to maximize overall results. As a Telesales Executive, you will have a strong sales background and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Requirements
  • 5 years telemarketing experience minimum
  • Outbound B2B telemarketing / telesales / call experience essential

The salary is starting from £28-30k with uncapped comms circa £10k. The Commission is paid per appointment set. There is also a short probation period of 12 weeks with a check-in at 4 weeks to make sure the candidate is on track.
