We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team at GTCO. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities and driving revenue growth through outbound sales calls and telemarketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct outbound sales calls to businesses to generate leads and appointments
- Focus on quality over quantity to maximize overall results
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Minimum 5 years of telemarketing experience
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales and telemarketing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
