Job Title: Telesales and Appointment Coordinator

Salary: £13.00 per hour, temporary

Location: St Albans

Hours: Monday to Thursday pm and Friday 4.30pm (Fully office based)

The Company:

Smart10Ltd is seeking an experienced telesales professional to join their team in securing appointments for their Business Development Managers. In this role, you will be responsible for making a high volume of outbound calls to prospective clients, with the primary goal of scheduling meetings where our client's services can be presented and discussed.

If you have a proven track record in telesales and excel in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, this opportunity may be an excellent fit for you. We are looking for individuals who are confident, persistent, and skilled at engaging potential customers over the phone.

Requirements:

  1. Must have previous experience with outbound calling ideally on a B2B basis
  2. Confident and friendly telephone manner
  3. Proficient with Outlook and Microsoft packages
  4. Ability to work with new technology with ease
  5. Target driven
  6. Available immediately

Responsibilities:

  1. Making a high volume of outbound calls per day to businesses
  2. Meeting daily and weekly targets
  3. Arrange meetings for the Business development team to attend
  4. Following up inbound leads
