Telesales Consultant

Job Summary:
Dove & Hawk is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Consultant to join their residential business line. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for making outbound sales calls, engaging with potential clients, and utilizing a comprehensive database to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound sales calls using the company's extensive database and software tools to enhance efficiency.
- Manage and nurture a provided database to meet sales targets and achieve daily KPIs.
- Collaborate with the international sales team to gather feedback and enhance work processes.
- Visit development sites to provide forward-thinking, bespoke advisory services to clients.
- Keep accurate records and maintain organized notes and administrative tasks within the database.
- Analyse lead sources for efficiency and identify opportunities to increase department revenue.
- Proactively manage daily workload and take initiative in tasks.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Portuguese, Japanese, Mandarin, or Cantonese is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 1 year of telesales or sales experience in a related industry.
- Proven track record in building customer relationships and handling objections.
- Demonstrated sales achievements and ability to manage difficult conversations.
- Confident in client communications via phone, email, and letter.
- Proactive with strong self-discipline, self-drive, and goal orientation.
- Understanding of the UK property market and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and IT skills.
