GTCO is a fast-growing, multi-award-winning and dynamic B2B sales and marketing consultancy.
We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Telesales Executive to join our team.
Job SummaryThis is a great opportunity for ambitious sales professionals to join a dynamic company and be part of our sales and marketing team.
Key Responsibilities- Make outbound sales calls to other businesses to generate leads and appointments.
- Focus on quality over quantity to maximize overall results.
- Identify and target companies and key personnel, and have the competency to influence prospective customers.
- Work on own initiative and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
- 5 years telemarketing experience minimum.
- Outbound B2B telemarketing / telesales / call experience essential.
- Able to work on own initiative / works well as part of a team.
- People person.
- Good communicator.
- Proven track record.
- Self-motivated.
- Good attitude with energy and passion to succeed.
- A professional.
- Friendly and confident telephone manner.
- Pension.
- Commission.
- Benefits: 32 days holiday + pension.
- The salary is starting from £28-30k with uncapped comms circa £10k.
- The Commission is paid per appointment set.
- Will have to hit a minimum amount of around 12-15 appointments - this will be confirmed at interview stage.
- The bonus is paid monthly.
