We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Telesales Executive to join our team.

Job Summary

This is a great opportunity for ambitious sales professionals to join a dynamic company and be part of our sales and marketing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound sales calls to other businesses to generate leads and appointments.
  • Focus on quality over quantity to maximize overall results.
  • Identify and target companies and key personnel, and have the competency to influence prospective customers.
  • Work on own initiative and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
Requirements
  • 5 years telemarketing experience minimum.
  • Outbound B2B telemarketing / telesales / call experience essential.
  • Able to work on own initiative / works well as part of a team.
  • People person.
  • Good communicator.
  • Proven track record.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Good attitude with energy and passion to succeed.
  • A professional.
  • Friendly and confident telephone manner.
Benefits
  • Pension.
  • Commission.
  • Benefits: 32 days holiday + pension.
Salary and Commission
  • The salary is starting from £28-30k with uncapped comms circa £10k.
  • The Commission is paid per appointment set.
  • Will have to hit a minimum amount of around 12-15 appointments - this will be confirmed at interview stage.
  • The bonus is paid monthly.
