Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Consultant to join our team at Dove & Hawk. As a Telesales Consultant, you will be responsible for making outbound sales calls, engaging with potential clients, and utilizing a comprehensive database to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound sales calls: Utilize our extensive database and software tools to enhance efficiency and achieve sales targets.
  • Manage and nurture a provided database: Meet sales targets by managing and nurturing a provided database.
  • Achieve daily KPIs and monthly/yearly sales targets: Ensure deadlines and goals are consistently met by achieving daily KPIs and monthly/yearly sales targets.
  • Take initiative in implementing systems and improving workflows: Implement systems and improve workflows to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Follow established procedures to maintain consistent service standards: Maintain consistent service standards by following established procedures.
  • Manage the CRM dashboard effectively: Effectively manage the CRM dashboard to track progress and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the international sales team: Collaborate with the international sales team to gather feedback and enhance work processes.
  • Visit development sites: Visit development sites at least twice a year to stay up-to-date with market trends.
  • Provide forward-thinking, bespoke advisory services: Provide forward-thinking, bespoke advisory services to clients to ensure high retention and conversion rates.
  • Keep accurate records and maintain organized notes and administrative tasks: Keep accurate records and maintain organized notes and administrative tasks within the database.
  • Analyse lead sources for efficiency: Analyse lead sources for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify and seize opportunities to increase department revenue and cross-sell services: Identify and seize opportunities to increase department revenue and cross-sell services.
  • Proactively manage daily workload and take initiative in tasks: Proactively manage daily workload and take initiative in tasks to achieve sales targets.
  • Call previous applicants and buyers: Call previous applicants and buyers to generate interest and viewings for the UK and international sales team.
  • Qualify key information points from calls: Qualify key information points from calls to enhance sales efforts.
  • Log call information onto the CRM system and triage leads: Log call information onto the CRM system and triage leads to the relevant department.
  • Assist with data cleansing of the database: Assist with data cleansing of the database as needed.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Portuguese, Japanese, Mandarin, or Cantonese: Fluency in Portuguese, Japanese, Mandarin, or Cantonese is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 1 year of telesales or sales experience: Minimum of 1 year of telesales or sales experience in a related industry.

Salary and Benefits:

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 basic / £40,000+ OTE (uncapped commission)

Hours: 9 AM - 6 PM, Monday to Friday
