Job Title: Telesales Team Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Telesales Team Manager to join our team at Ad Warrior Ltd. As a Telesales Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of telesales professionals in achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of telesales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  2. Performance Management: Monitor and analyze team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance sales performance.
  3. Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain a reporting suite to provide insights into sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends.
  4. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to streamline sales operations, enhance customer experience, and increase sales efficiency.
  5. Customer Management: Manage customer relationships, resolve customer complaints, and provide exceptional customer service.
  6. Agency Management: Manage relationships with third-party telesales agencies, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  7. Data Management: Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales data.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: At least 3 years of experience in managing a telesales team, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
  2. Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to analyze data and make informed decisions, and a passion for technology and sales operations.
