We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our Telesales team at Ad Warrior. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing team performance, and developing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate a team of telesales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience and resolve any customer complaints or issues
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in a telesales environment
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving business objectives
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth
