About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Portfolio Administrator to join our team at Cluttons. As a key member of our portfolio team, you will provide administrative support to our Property Managers, ensuring the smooth operation of our lettings business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to Property Managers, including data entry, document preparation, and communication with landlords and tenants.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of tenancies, including lease agreements, contracts, and property information.
  • Assist with the preparation of tenancy agreements, contracts, and other relevant documents.
  • Build relationships with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as invoicing, bookkeeping, and data analysis.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and improve processes.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a property management or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
