Job Summary:

The Priory is seeking an experienced and skilled individual to fill the role of Administrator/Team Leader at our Wellbeing Centre. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for overseeing the site's administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Referral Management: Handle client referral pathways, ensuring timely and efficient processing of referrals.
  • Collaboration and Liaison: Liaise with psychiatric consultants and psychotherapists to facilitate effective communication and coordination.
  • Client Communication: Provide excellent customer service to clients regarding referrals and appointments, ensuring clear and concise communication.
  • Financial Management: Manage client billing and financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Site Operations: Oversee site open/close procedures, ensuring a secure and welcoming environment for clients and staff.
  • Front of House Duties: Provide exceptional customer service, answering queries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain a clean and organized office environment, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Problem-Solving: Remain calm under pressure, using methodical and thorough approaches to resolve issues and prioritize tasks.
  • Teamwork and Initiative: Work collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrating a great ability to work independently with own initiative.
  • Organizational Skills: Utilize excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage workloads effectively.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads and priorities, ensuring a seamless service delivery.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, dealing with customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Ideal candidate will have customer-facing administration experience, with knowledge/experience of private medical administration desirable.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays, with flexibility to meet the needs of the service.
  • Reporting: Reporting into the Deputy Manager, the site's administrators will also be expected to support site management where required.
