About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Pension Administration Team Lead to join our team at HFG Insurance Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the outsourced administration teams and ensuring they deliver excellent customer services that align with KPI and SLA requirements.

The ideal candidate will have good technical knowledge of defined benefits pension schemes, familiarity with pension buy-ins & buy-outs, and the transition process. Experience of UK pensions administration and operation, as well as pension onboarding, is essential for this role. Additionally, you will need to be an effective communicator with good problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to excel in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the outsourced administration teams and ensure they deliver excellent customer services
  • Ensure teams meet KPI and SLA requirements
  • Support quality assurance processes and manage the TPA
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Good technical knowledge of defined benefits pension schemes
  • Familiarity with pension buy-ins & buy-outs and the transition process
  • Experience of UK pensions administration and operation
  • Pension onboarding experience
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Organizational skills with the ability to excel in a team environment
