About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to join our team at Team Aaa. As a key member of our outdoor operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of grounds maintenance professionals in providing high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of grounds maintenance professionals in providing services such as grass cutting, strimming, hedge pruning, flower bed maintenance, and spraying.
  • Ensure that all work is carried out to the highest standards and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage and maintain a fleet of vehicles and equipment, ensuring that they are in good working order and that all necessary safety checks are carried out.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to ensure that all areas of responsibility are properly maintained.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and to identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in grounds maintenance and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Valid UK driving license and ability to drive a variety of vehicles.
  • Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
