About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and confident administrator to join our team at West London NHS Trust. As a Team Administrator, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to our multidisciplinary community mental health services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to a team of professionals, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.
  • Supervise reception staff and ensure that our service runs effectively and efficiently.
  • Deliver and maintain a range of administrative procedures, including the collection and recording of patient information and service performance data.
  • Work effectively with a large team across various sites, dealing with the public and/or professionals face to face and on the phone/virtually.
Requirements
  • 5 GCSEs including Maths & English (Grade C or above) or equivalent.
  • NVQ 2 or RSA 2 in admin or customer care (or equivalent experience).
  • ECDL or CLAiT Level 2 or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrable previous administrative experience in a customer care environment.
  • Experience of working effectively with a large team across various sites.
  • Experience dealing with the public and/or professionals face to face and on the phone/virtually.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
  • NVQ 3 or RSA 3 in admin or customer care (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience of working as an administrator in a healthcare setting (or similar environment).
  • Experience of working in a Mental Health setting.
  • Experience of using RiO and/or System 1 (electronic patient record systems).
  • Experience of inputting / maintaining other types of databases.
  • Experience of using MS PowerPoint.
