About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Administration Team Leader to join our team at Heat Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our Administrators and working closely with our Head of Division to ensure the smooth operation of our administration processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Administrators to achieve high levels of productivity and efficiency
- Develop and implement effective administration processes and procedures
- Work closely with our Financial Advisers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Provide guidance and support to Administrators to help them develop their skills and knowledge
- Contribute to the development of our business and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Administration Team Leader or in a similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of administration processes and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
