Administration Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administration Team Leader to join our Stones and Endourology team at University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide leadership and support to ensure the smooth operation of patient pathways and delivery of high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the clinical team, ensuring efficient and effective management of patient pathways.
- Lead and manage a team of administrative staff, providing guidance and training to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures to improve efficiency and quality of service.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and data protection.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clinical and administrative staff.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data, making recommendations for process improvements.
- Advanced keyboard skills and competent use of IT systems.
