As part of market leading growth, we are looking for a high performing individual contributor to focus specifically on growing the market share of the Instructure Learning Platform across Italy with enterprise higher education organisations. This is a role that will require frequent travel for on-sites and events (30%), as well as a strategic mindset. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for the long term, sustainable growth of the Instructure Learning Platform across Italy, ensuring all aspects of the business are healthy. Please note this role will target the Italy market so fluency in Italian is a must.

What you will be doing:

Lead the development, presentation and sales of Instructure's Learning Platform proposition for Higher Education Institutions (Universities) in Italy.Monitor emerging trends and develop innovative sales strategies to capitalise and increase client pipeline.Through your expert negotiation skills, you will secure profitable pricing and business terms with enterprise customers by selling the value and return on investment of our platformProvide timely and informative input back to other Instructure functions, particularly Product and Customer ExperienceDemonstrate superb pipeline management and hygiene, providing regular forecast updates across short, medium and long term goalsConsistently achieve and surpass established sales quotas within the specified time frameFoster strong internal relationships with sales support resources, whilst contributing to our entrepreneurial growth culture Attend industry and key events; Establishing yourself as a thought leader for innovation in the Education sectorHere's what you will need to know/have: Italian and English language proficiency is a must, alongside excellent business written skills. Additional language highly desirable.Bachelor's Degree and/or minimum of 4 + years of proven sales experience.Understanding educational pedagogy and the process involving selling a VLE/LMS is a plus. Preferred to have experience working in higher educationExperience selling enterprise level software, SaaS sales and services. Experience selling at all levels, including "C" level and above. Education sales also preferred.Ability to do detailed needs analysis, proposal development and tender completion.
