Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development and Sales Manager to join our team at New Line SR Ltd. As a Business Development and Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling our range of bespoke kitchens to key account partner customers and bringing on board new kitchen retailers that meet our requirements to become partners.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute a sales strategy to increase revenue and market share in the kitchen industry.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key account partner customers and new kitchen retailers.
3. Conduct in-depth assessments of potential customers to determine their viability as a partner.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new partner showrooms.
Requirements
1. Strong technical knowledge of kitchen manufacture, components, and design.
2. Business to Business field sales experience, ideally.
The Package
We offer a competitive basic salary of up to GBP45,000, plus bonus, as well as a company car, laptop, and mobile.
