Reporting into the Head of Press you will have accountability for your respective product category across the UK, Ireland and South Africa markets.

Implementing the Communications plan under the direction and supervision of the UK Communications Director, ultimately reporting into Paris Head Office.


  • Manage and oversee the flow of daily send outs, and all press sample requests. Liaise between Paris, New York and other markets, to ensure looks are confirmed and sent for shoots for over 250 UK publications per season. Trouble shoot daily problems with Paris and New York teams to ensure all looks arrive in time for shoots and press related requests.
  • Support and provide supervision to the Press Assistant to coordinate the samples stock for all seasons including archive. Work collaboratively with Press Assistant to use the Launchmetrics tracking system for samples ensuring pieces are efficiently tracked, returned and logged after all shoots.
  • Manage the press office storage spaces with appropriate samples and showroom to ensure key looks and stories are displayed for all stylists and fashion press on appointments.
  • Monitor all press on a daily basis, oversee scanning and distribution of all press coverage to communicate to internal teams and Paris HQ accordingly. Monitor key competitors and produce regular reports for internal and central.
  • Act as a guardian of all editorial press coverage. Ensure all editorial is logged and uploaded to DMR. Ensure hard copies of all coverage is stored, archived and sent to Paris HQ accordingly.
  • Compile action plans under the supervision of the Press Manager and pitch editorial stories to key press for all new products especially key bags, shoes and fine/high jewellery, to generate around 20 pieces of editorial coverage per launch. Handle all press enquiries providing stories and information to all UK media with speed and efficiency.
  • Support PR Manager (W& JWL) on coordination and logistics of all jewellery shoots, from handling product, organising security and couriers, proforma management, shoot credits & accommodating all relevant press requests.
  • Support Senior PR Manager with celebrity fittings and appointments, store pulls, sample logistics and gifting activations.
  • Manage the communication of all brand materials and press releases, including celebrity dressing alerts.
  • Manage the press and celebrity database, maintaining as appropriate, ensuring it remains live and up to date with all key information and contacts
  • Develop and nurture important relationships with all style press, fashion editors, stylists, publicists and talent ambassadors.
  • Develop good understanding of UK (& Ireland) media across print, online digital areas and social media channels.
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of seasonal fashion shows during Paris Fashion week, with UK editors and key press (ticket approval & coordination, photographer/backstage/FOH passes, show seating plan, interview schedules with creative director, resee showroom appointments, monitor press reviews, postshow follow up reports, press entertainment).
  • Provide coordination support for press day in the showroom and support within house events working closely with the events team and production (invitation coordination, samples inventory, visual management) with events.
  • Work closely with our Media agency in South Africa, sharing all relevant communication tools, PR priorities and strategy across your categories ensuring editorial coverage is achieved.
