JOB PURPOSE

This role presents an exciting opportunity within the Global Press Samples team. The position involves strategically overseeing the identification, prioritization, and distribution of key products within the organization to assist PR teams globally in achieving their objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES


• Manage the ordering of all press samples for international PR markets across various product categories.


• Collaborate with product marketing and merchandising teams to align global sample orders with key product focuses and corporate objectives.


• Strategically identify and order product priorities in accordance with the global product marketing and PR calendar, while also addressing local market commercial requirements.


• Oversee the global delivery of all PR sample products, focusing on key locations. This includes close collaboration with internal and external shipping and logistics teams.


• Respond to real-time marketing requests and internal marketing priorities concerning sample management.


• Work closely with key stakeholders in marketing, PR, and product development to establish best practices and efficient processes for order fulfillment.


• Develop global sample processes to ensure optimal collaboration with all PR teams.


• Manage the archiving system for all Burberry runway and mainline collections.


• Process all vendor orders in the SAP system and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely deliveries.


• Document and enforce delivery timelines to maintain a steady flow of products, optimizing start and ship dates to maximize global sample coverage.


• Collaborate with studio teams and the broader business to ensure the timely delivery of product assets.

PERSONAL PROFILE


• Proactive in submitting sample orders and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate deliveries.

• Maintain oversight of budgets and detailed budget lines.

• Ensure timely processing of all payments.
