Showroom Samples Coordinator

Job Summary:

Burberry Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Showroom Samples Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our showroom team, you will be responsible for coordinating the receipt and setup of showroom samples, maintaining accurate inventory, and ensuring seamless sample management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the receipt and setup of showroom samples, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, using tools such as Launchmetrics and Trackers
  • Ensure samples are regularly cleared out and disposed of according to seasonal schedules and procedures
  • Support Samples Assistants with daily tasks, projects, and initiatives, ensuring workload is evenly distributed
  • Manage ad-hoc sample requests, flagging potential clashes and escalating as necessary
  • Coordinate large-scale sample requests and handovers, partnering with cross-functional teams
  • Support management in preparing for Paris market shipments, ensuring accurate invoicing and documentation
  • Maintain Launchmetrics system, ensuring samples are verified, imagery is uploaded, and overdue samples are recalled
  • Support monthly reporting on overdue sample loans and seasonal audits of BOH samples
  • Maintain sample storage areas and back-of-house standards, ensuring sample care and luxury image
Requirements:
  • Global and professionally mature mindset, with ability to interact with diverse cultures
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and working under pressure
  • Passionate about products and the luxury industry, with a creative eye and flexible approach
  • Excellent rapport-building skills with stakeholders, with experience working in fast-paced environments
  • Flexibility essential, with ability to work weekends and/or early/late shifts as required
