In a dual role, you will report to both the Senior PR Manager for Corporate, Fragrances and Talents and the Senior Media Manager across the UK, Ireland and South Africa markets. Implementing the Communications plan under the direction and supervision of the UK Communications Director, ultimately reporting into Paris Head Quarters.

PR:

- Work alongside Senior PR Manager to develop and implement the UK PR strategy across corporate, fragrance and influencers.

- Secure prime coverage across fragrance and corporate media outlets in print, online and social. Compile action plans under the supervision of the Press Manager and pitch editorial stories to key press for in-depth brand stories as well as new product and beauty launches. Handle all press enquiries providing stories and information to all UK media with speed and efficiency.

- Develop and nurture important relationships with lifestyle press, beauty press and talent managers.

- Monitor all press on a daily basis, oversee scanning and distribution of all press coverage to communicate to internal teams and Paris HQ accordingly. Monitor key competitors and produce regular reports for internal and central.

- Act as a guardian of all editorial press coverage. Work alongside Press Coordinators to ensure all editorial is logged and uploaded to DMR for creation of monthly reports. Ensure hard copies of all coverage is stored, archived and sent to Paris HQ accordingly. Compile weekly press clippings report for print, online and social media across corporate, fragrances, womenswear, menswear, celebrities, and influencers for the UK, South Africa and Ireland markets.

- Support Senior PR Manager with influencer and KOL fittings and appointments, store pulls, sample logistics and gifting activations. Support in the organisation of local PR and Influencer events.

- Constant monitoring and nurturing of relationships with current roster of influencers and new faces. Compile social media reports after completion of activities, trips, shows and product placements to share with HQ.

- Additional day-to-day activities include daily liaison with Paris HQ teams to organise events, press trips, itineraries, fittings and sample availability, raising POs, approval of invoices, and maintaining up to date budget. Managing the press and influencer database, maintaining as appropriate, ensuring it remains live and up to date with all key information and contacts.

MEDIA:

- Deliver media agency briefing and support the Senior Media Manger with the implementation of media plans across online and offline media. - - Develop and nourish relationships with the Central media team, other regional departments, external agencies and media owners.

- Daily use of Imedia platform (internal planning tool) to create updates and produce reports.

- Support administrative and finance process to ensure there is no budget overspend. This task includes raising POs to book media space across all channels and ensure Imedia planning system reflects media spend/invoices.

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support retail media projects.

- Follow the evolution and trends of all medias and maintain sound knowledge of the competitive environment.

- Support lightboxes production and installation for all stores.
