Position Overview
We are currently looking to fill two temporary positions for Academic Internship Coordinators within our London office.

Contract Duration
These roles are fixed-term contracts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Internship Coordination: Establish and oversee academic credit-bearing professional internships for both undergraduate and graduate students.
  • Student Consultation: Evaluate student internship and career goals through personalized consultations.
  • Student Support: Assist and mentor students from the initial interview stage through to the successful completion of their internships.
  • Employer Relations: Develop and maintain strong connections with employers through research, outreach, site visits, and continuous communication.
  • Compliance Management: Monitor timesheets and supervisor agreements for work placements, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations.
  • Database Management: Expand and maintain a comprehensive database of internship opportunities.
  • Orientation and Workshops: Contribute to the organization and delivery of student orientation sessions and workshops as needed.
