London, Greater London, United Kingdom Media Full time

About the Role

As a Media Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting, managing, optimizing, and reporting on media campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients, both independently and collaboratively within a broader team framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing all facets of search, display, video, and mobile advertising campaigns, which includes client relationship management, ad-serving, optimization, and strategic business planning.
  • Analyzing and articulating significant industry trends and their implications for clients.
  • Aligning our objectives with client goals, prioritizing opportunities that foster sustainable value over short-term benefits.
  • Navigating a landscape where we are redefining service categories; often, clients may not recognize their needs until they are presented to them—building trust and creating valuable experiences is essential.
  • Assisting the sales team with pre-sales proposal responses, technical demonstrations, and marketing initiatives.
  • Cultivating and enhancing relationships with various stakeholders on the client-side, including Google partners, intermediary agencies, and client-side executives, to identify business needs and provide long-term value.
  • Ability to scale insights from clients and products to other internal team members and across the Account Management organization.
  • Confidently presenting to a range of stakeholders, from junior staff to C-Suite executives.
  • Contributing positively to our culture with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
  • Leading and effectively implementing processes and products that can scale within a rapidly expanding organization.

About You

Essential Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in online advertising, whether at a publisher, agency, trading desk, technology firm, or as an end-advertiser.
  • Proficiency in both German and English.
  • Strong data analysis skills, including familiarity with Excel functions such as v-lookups and pivot tables.
  • Excellent analytical and consulting abilities, with a knack for deriving and communicating insights from multiple data sources.
  • A consultative approach to developing and managing business relationships.
  • An innovative mindset with a proven track record of successfully executing ideas.
  • A desire to tackle unprecedented tasks and acquire new skills, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Willingness to share knowledge and insights with junior and occasionally senior team members.
