Our client is a well established brand and known for excelling when it comes to customer experience. They are now looking for a superstar Sales Operations Manager to optimise the current sales processes and customer journey to further, driving more efficiency to an incredible team.

The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales processes, tools, and metrics to support the sales team. This role involves analysing sales data, managing sales technology, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve sales performance and operational efficiency.

Some of the key responsibilities of this exciting new role:

  • Sales Process Optimisation: Design and implement efficient sales processes and workflows including CRM. Identify areas for improvement and drive initiatives to enhance productivity and sales effectiveness
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyse sales data to identify trends, measure performance, and provide actionable insights. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Sales Technology Management: Oversee the selection, implementation, and maintenance of sales tools and CRM systems. Ensure that the sales team is effectively utilising these technologies.
  • Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor sales metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and activities. Provide regular performance updates to senior management.
  • Customer Journey: analysing the customer journey and sales process for opportunities to improve customer experience
  • Team management: in this role you will be

A bit about you:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales Operations/ Customer Success or a similar role
  • Previous experience managing, coaching and developing high performing teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
