Position Overview
East of England Provider Collaborative
Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust is proud to host the commissioning team that supports the new East of England Provider Collaborative (EoEPC). This team is dedicated to enhancing care for individuals utilizing specialized mental health services throughout the East of England.
The initiative is grounded in the principles of prevention, early intervention, community-based services, and least restrictive practices. Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) within the East of England region will continue to play a vital role in developing and commissioning community alternatives to hospital admissions.
The EoEPC serves a population exceeding six million, providing specialized mental health and learning disability services.
Main Responsibilities
We seek a professional who prioritizes patient experience in their practice as a registered mental health practitioner.
The essential function of a Case Manager within the East of England Provider Collaborative includes both Quality Assurance and Quality Improvement, ensuring that the care provided to individuals in Specialized Mother & Baby Units (MBUs) meets high standards.
We are looking for a motivated, passionate, and seasoned Perinatal Mental Health practitioner capable of fostering strong relationships with patients, their families, and various stakeholders from both statutory and non-statutory organizations.
