Position Overview

East of England Provider Collaborative

Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust is proud to lead the commissioning team for the East of England Provider Collaborative (EoEPC). This initiative aims to enhance the quality of care for individuals utilizing specialized mental health services throughout the East of England.

The collaborative is founded on principles such as prevention, early intervention, community-based services, and the practice of least restrictive measures. The EoEPC serves a diverse population exceeding six million, providing specialized mental health and learning disability services.

Main Responsibilities

We seek a dedicated professional who prioritizes patient experience in their practice as a registered mental health expert.

The essential function of a Case Manager within the East of England Provider Collaborative includes both Quality Assurance and Quality Improvement, ensuring that individuals in Specialized Mother & Baby Units (MBUs) receive exceptional care.

We are in search of an engaging, passionate, and seasoned Perinatal Mental Health practitioner capable of establishing strong relationships with patients, their families, and various stakeholders across both statutory and non-statutory organizations.

Working with Us

Cambridgeshire & Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust is committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to enhance the health and well-being of the individuals we serve, while also empowering them to lead fulfilling lives.

Our clinical teams provide a wide range of NHS services not only in inpatient and primary care settings but also within the community. These services encompass Children, Adult & Older People's mental health, Forensic & Specialist mental health, Learning Disabilities, Primary Care & Liaison psychiatry, Substance misuse, Social care, and Research & Development.

To fulfill our mission, we aim to recruit exceptional candidates who align with our vision and values. As an equal opportunities employer, we welcome applications from all community sectors, particularly from under-represented groups including individuals with disabilities and members of ethnic minorities and LGBTQ+ communities.
