About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our clients' products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain quality procedures, standards, and specifications to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct audits and ensure corrective actions are applied to minimize future issues.
  • Provide local support on all quality matters to maintain compliance across activities.
  • Develop and mentor Quality Assurance Assistants, ensuring they are engaged and aligned with the QA strategy.
Requirements
  • A degree in a relevant field, such as quality assurance, regulatory affairs, or a related field.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Experience in QA, ideally within the pharmaceutical, food, cosmetics, or manufacturing industries.
  • Familiarity with quality standards, including GMP and GDP.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Strong numeracy skills.
  • Coaching and development skills.
