Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at The Sterling Choice. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our products within a manufacturing or food production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and log customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), system, glass, and hard plastic regulations.
  • Calibrate key Quality Assurance equipment to ensure accuracy and precision.
  • Perform product testing, including ATP and microbiological tests, to ensure that processing equipment meets safety standards.
  • Deputize for QA specialists or technical officers during breaks, holidays, or sickness, which may involve shift work.

Requirements:

  • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
