Main Responsibilities

The post holder will be responsible for the operational management of the Cambridge Adult Eating Disorders Team, including:

  • Effective clinical leadership and management of human and budgetary resources
  • Ensuring evidence-based practice within the community setting
  • Coordinating varying tasks in care delivery and managing unplanned challenges
  • Working with the Service Manager to implement service development and deliver the Trust's strategic objectives
  • Maintaining a visible, professional presence and providing staff with assistance, advice, and support
